Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between FUR Fit Mobile Pet Gym (“Service Provider,” “we,” or “us”) and the client (“Client” or “you”). By using FUR Fit Mobile Pet Gym services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below:

1. Services Provided: a. FUR Fit Mobile Pet Gym offers mobile pet fitness services, including but not limited to personalized workouts, training sessions, and health assessments for pets.
2. Client’s Responsibilities: a. The Client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding their pet’s health, behavior, and any pre-existing medical conditions. b. The Client must ensure a safe and suitable environment for the mobile gym to operate, including secure and leash-controlled areas.
3. Scheduling and Cancellation: a. All sessions must be scheduled in advance through FUR Fit’s designated channels. b. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Payments: a. Payment for services is due prior to or on the day of the scheduled session. b. Late payments may incur additional charges. c. FUR Fit reserves the right to adjust pricing with advance notice.
5. Pet Health and Behavior: a. FUR Fit will not be held responsible for pre-existing health conditions or behavioral issues that were not disclosed by the Client. b. The Client must ensure that their pet is up-to-date on vaccinations and free from contagious diseases.
6. Liability: a. FUR Fit Mobile Pet Gym is not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during or as a result of the fitness sessions, except in cases of gross negligence. b. The Client agrees to indemnify FUR Fit against any claims arising from their pet’s behavior or health conditions.
7. Termination: a. Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. b. In case of termination, any outstanding payments must be settled promptly.
8. Confidentiality: a. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information obtained during the provision of services.
9. Governing Law: a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where services are provided.
10. Amendments: a. FUR Fit reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.

By engaging with FUR Fit Mobile Pet Gym, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements.
